SDS Mentors and Tutors

Who we are

We are a "family" where each Mentor, Tutor and Candidate is equally important and valued.

The CANDIDATES... who this is all about... Our candidates are all students who study with accredited training providers and colleges who need work experience to obtain their qualification. They some on learnership programmes or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programmes.

Then our Tutors... they are all interns who are currently busy completing their NQF4 ODETDP qualification and getting their work experience by tutoring our Candidates.

Our Mentors are qualified educators, who love what they do and provide mentoring in their field of expertise.  Some mentors are full time and others not, but all ensure that they transfer their knowledge and mentor both out Tutors and Candidates.

Our Centres

SDS has a proven track record of assisting organisations to achieve their skills development goals, hosting learnerships on behalf of organisations ensuring they meet their B-BBEE requirements with maximum scores by implementing our strategies and managing the process on behalf of our clients.

Our Workplace Hosting centres are based in Edenvale and Midrand with easy access to taxi and bus routes.

Fully equipped with computers, printers and Wi-fi to support the candidates not only with their work experience, but also offering the resources required to complete their studies.

We offer full time tutors to assist the candidates with their studies and mentor to provide support with their work experience.
