WHAT IS SDS?

With more than 5 years of experience as Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) and training project manager who assists corporate clients with their Skills Development internal as well as for the Priority B-BBEE Element. We are Registered with various SETA’s as an SDF and have a proven track record of clients who gained maximum B-BBEE points and SARS Rebates for implementing the correct training required.

 

 

With a proven track record of managing the entire skills project on behalf of clients, from short skills programmes, learnerships and mentorship programmes. Also compiling a full Skills Development file for SETA verifications and B-BBEE Audits with all the required reports, documentation and agreements in place

 

 

Offerring SDF consulting and project management services meeting all the requirements for Skills Development and B-BBEE compliance. Also offering employees the option to access a qualification through RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) as a qualified RPL Advisor. Submitting yearly Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training reports to the client’s relevant SETA and applying for SETA Grants to fund the planned training. (with no grant application turndown to date). We also submit Employment Equity Reports to the Department of Labour on a yearly basis on behalf of our clients.
